You’re not broken, but your relationship patterns might be.

I’m Andrea Dindinger, LMFT. After 20+ years as a therapist (and 18+ years of marriage), I’ve seen how old wounds sneak into love.

Let’s interrupt the programming you inherited - so you can finally communicate, connect, and create something worth passing down.

THIS WORK IS DEEPLY

PERSONAL

As a young teen, I watched my parents’ marriage fall apart and felt the ache of being caught in the middle. When they separated on Christmas Eve, I became determined to understand love and do it differently. I read everything I could get my hands on — yet in my late twenties, my own first marriage ended. Trying to avoid conflict, I sacrificed intimacy.

That devastation became my awakening. I saw how complex partnership truly is and how little training most of us receive, and I committed my life to giving couples the tools we were never taught.

I’ve now been married to my husband, Chris, for over 18 years. What we share isn’t luck — it’s practice. Becoming a parent made the mission crystal clear: this work isn’t just about couples, it’s about changing what gets passed down.

We can break patterns, build real connection, and learn a new language for love — and I’m here to teach you how.
